Another hop duo, this time Mosaic and Palisade. We all know the delights Mosaic offers and the hint of mango and blackberry it presents. But a sometimes overlooked hop, Palisade, has long been in the spotlight here and makes Ocata a beer that pleases both new and old-school IPA fans. It contributes light floral, citrus, and grassy notes, and in combination with Mosaic, we see aromas of lemon juice, complementing light tropical notes and a hint of herbaceous notes. Not over-the-top in any way; this is a beer that strives to achieve balance between all ingredients, making it one of our most accessible beers for all drinkers.
