FAQs (frequently asked questions)

Craft beer is brewed in small batches using natural ingredients and traditional techniques, prioritizing quality and creativity in flavor.

Craft beer typically offers a wider variety of flavors, fewer additives, and a focus on high-quality ingredients, while industrial beer prioritizes mass production and consistency.

Among the best-known styles are: lager, pilsner, IPA, stout, porter, wheat beer and sour beer.

The difference lies in the malt grains used. Light beers use less roasted malts, resulting in lighter flavors, while dark beers use more roasted malts, offering more intense and complex flavors.

IPAs (India Pale Ales) are beers known for their intense bitterness and floral or citrus aroma, due to their high hop content. They originated in England and became popular for their distinctive flavor.

The main difference is in the type of fermentation: lagers are fermented at low temperatures with yeasts working at the bottom of the tank, while ales are fermented at higher temperatures with yeasts working on the surface.

Beer should be stored in a cool, dark, and stable place, avoiding sudden temperature changes. Keeping it refrigerated is ideal for preserving its characteristics.

Temperature varies by style: light beers are best enjoyed between 4-7°C, while more complex beers, such as stouts or Belgians, can be served between 10-13°C.
