Korbinian Doppelbock has a strong character and even more flavor: it is named after Saint Korbinian in honor of the founder of the Weihenstephan monastery.
The sweet notes are offset by roasted malt flavors, making this beer an excellent companion to smoked meats and fish. The Korbinian doppelbock is also delicious with desserts or chocolate.
