The availability of the products offered by KVRA BEER COMPANY SLU may vary depending on customer demand. Although KVRA BEER COMPANY SLU updates its stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time.
In the event of non-fulfillment due to unavailability, KVRA BEER COMPANY SLU will notify the customer via email or the contact method provided as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. This communication period will not, under any circumstances, exceed the stipulated delivery timeframe. In these cases, when KVRA BEER COMPANY SLU does not have, nor is able to have, the product within the stipulated delivery timeframe, it may offer the customer two possible solutions: 1) Supply the customer, at no additional cost, with a product with similar characteristics or of higher quality; 2) Proceed with the refund of the amounts paid by the buyer for the canceled order.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without stating the reasons.
The customer must return the products subject to withdrawal without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which their decision to withdraw is communicated.
The refund of the amount corresponding to the withdrawal will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated, provided that the goods or products subject to withdrawal have been received beforehand or until the consumer and user has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. Otherwise, the refund may be withheld until receipt of the goods or until the Customer provides proof of return.
The user is informed that they will only be liable for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

Returns
KVRA BEER COMPANY SLU will be responsible for collecting the product.
KVRA BEER COMPANY SLU will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.
Refund of Payment
The refund of amounts paid by the customer will be made using the same payment methods used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
KVRA BEER COMPANY SLU will pay the amounts paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.
Except in the case where the entity has offered to collect the goods itself, in sales contracts, the entity may withhold the refund until it has received the goods, or until the consumer and user has presented proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
Return of Defective Product
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not the customer's fault, the customer has the right to return the product, informing KVRA BEER COMPANY SLU of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these terms and conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a product defect or poor condition will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
KVRA BEER COMPANY SLU undertakes to bear the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Jurisdiction
Likewise, KVRA BEER COMPANY SLU reserves the right to file any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for improper use of its website and content or for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or resort to ordinary courts, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
