When someone looks at you and says, "Pint?", this is the pint they're talking about. If you want something else, you'll have to be more specific. It's rich, creamy, and black (well, actually, if you look closely, Guinness is ruby red, but don't tell anyone that!).
It's everything it promises to be. Always. It's what we're famous for, and while we love all our beers equally, Guinness Draught will always hold a special place in our hearts.
I hope it's yours too. Truly unique. Perfectly balanced.
Not many people know this, but the iconic pint wasn't the first beer brewed by this man*.
*This man = Arthur Guinness. If you knew who we were talking about, have a Guinness Draught.
In fact, Guinness Draught was first brewed in 1959 to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Arthur Guinness signing a 9,000-year lease on the St. James's Gate brewery. What a man, Arthur, he clearly knew what he was doing!
