Apple Lindemans (formerly known as 'Pomme'): Apple beer brewing dates back to an ancient tradition. The Celts drank it abundantly during their harvest festivals. We've simply extended the pleasure to this day by adding the juice of several apple varieties to our delicious lambic. The tasting experience, quite exceptional, combines the sweetness of cider with the characteristic acidity of lambic.
