Harvest Time is a 6.1% Harvest IPA, made with 120 kilos of fresh Rakau flowers picked on September 18, 2024, plus a dry-hopping of Rakau and Cascade, both from Queen Country Hop Farm, a hop farm located in Olite, Navarra.
Harvest Time captures the spirit of the season and the seasonal, with fresh notes and a complexity that perfectly combines the herbal fragrance and ripe fruit of hops at their finest.
