Our most gastronomic beer has a dark golden color with orange highlights and a persistent foam. The nose is dominated by a combination of tropical and citrus aromas reminiscent of ripe mango, pineapple, and passion fruit. These aromas come from the American Columbus, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops we use in its production, as well as the DDH technique to provide aromas.
On the palate, it's flavorful and pleasant, with herbal, fruity, and malty notes. It has a long, bitter, and very hoppy finish.
