Discover this traditional abbey beer, brewed in the classic Tripel style. Golden with abundant foam, it offers a sweet aroma with fruity and floral notes. On the palate it is velvety and smooth, with a harmonious balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Surprisingly light and refreshing, it pairs well with appetizers, white meats, and poultry. Best served between 6 and 8 °C.
Curiosity: In the Watou region this Tripel is known as "Bernadetje", in tribute to Bernadette, the youngest daughter of Evariste Deconinck, founder of the St. Bernardus brewery.
