Chimay Blanca, also known as Chimay Tripel or Cinq Cents, is a Belgian Trappist beer brewed by the monks of the Abbey of Notre‑Dame de Scourmont. Top‑fermented with a secondary bottle fermentation, it shows a pale golden color and a fine, long‑lasting foam. Its aromas combine notes of tropical fruit and spice, while the palate delivers a balanced flavor with a touch of bitterness at the finish. It is the lightest and driest of the abbey's beers, ideal for pairing with mild cheeses, fish, seafood, and white meats.
