Blacker than a starless night. Our Sultana 33cl is an Imperial Stout-style beer that enjoys great national acclaim today. It's a beer to be enjoyed, sipped slowly, to appreciate all its nuances and aromas.
The Califa Sultana has a dense, opaque black color, with a creamy, persistent beige head. The predominant aromas come from the Vienna, Cararoma, Carafa, and Black Extra malts, which provide nuances reminiscent of coffee, dark chocolate, and roasted notes.
On the palate, it's very balanced, creamy, and dense. Flavors of dark chocolate, coffee, and smoke stand out. The finish is very long, liqueur-like, and bitter. Ideal as a dessert after meals.
