Instead of the usual piparras, anchovies, and olives, we've skewered this beer with Mosaic, Cashmere, Citra, and Ekuanot hops. It contains barley, oat, and wheat malts, which give it a smooth mouthfeel. This Gilda is a mouthful with flavors of peach, cantaloupe, and red berries, with a refreshing, slightly bitter citrus finish.
